ISO: 100
location: Pinchot State Park, York County, Pennsylvania

I've been trying to hone my skills with black and white lately. I've done a series of shots which I've converted to bw using nik Color Efex Pro 2.0, a Photoshop plug-in. I hope you enjoy.

Very nice work Doud. This looks great in B&W. Of course ... most of it probably was B&W already being it was a cloudy dreary winter's day. I might have cropped out some of the bottom of the photo even to the extent where you removed a part of the perfect reflection. Great work nevertheless.

I like this one very much....I enjoy all your pictures...this is a fine example of all the gray zones....Great mood and composition...This is one my favorite of yours..top marks Doug....I like the composition the way it is...I would be afraid that cropping would unbalance the picture...and take away some of the beautiful curve on the water at the foreground....I am adding this to my favorite artworks
